Submit an application via mZUS for:
• child care benefit, the so-called 500+, i.e. financial support for each child under 18,
• family care capital, i.e. a benefit for the second and each subsequent child aged 12-35 months,
• co-financing the fee for a child's stay in a nursery, children's club or daycare until the end of the school year in which the child turns 4 years old,
• the good start benefit, the so-called 300+, i.e. one-time financial support for students who start the school year.
Who is the app for?
Currently, it is an application intended for individual clients who can take advantage of benefits for the family, i.e.:
• 500+ child benefit,
• good start 300+ benefits,
• family care capital,
• co-financing for a nursery,
with the exception of directors of care and education facilities, care and therapy facilities, intervention pre-adoption centers and social welfare homes.
Thanks to the app
→ you apply for the Good Start 300+ benefit, the 500+ child care benefit, family care capital and co-financing of the fee for the child's stay in a nursery, children's club or
day care provider,
→ check the current status of sent applications,
→ you will contact the ZUS hotline (Telephone Service Center) by phone or by message,
→ arrange a visit to a ZUS office,
→ you will go to a page that allows you to book an e-visit at ZUS,
→ you can read messages for the mZUS application, PUE notifications, i.e. messages that appeared on your profile on the ZUS Electronic Services Platform (PUE ZUS), and
correspondence from the Call Center,
→ you can work on behalf of the person who authorized you to PUE ZUS.
Before you install the application
Make sure you have a PUE ZUS profile and it is active. Information on how to set up a profile at PUE ZUS can be found at zus.pl.
Application activation
After installing mZUS on the selected device, connect the application with your PUE ZUS account.
1. Log in to PUE ZUS: https://www.zus.pl/portal/logowanie.npi.
2. In the Settings side menu, select Mobile Devices.
3. Click New Device.
4. The screen will display a QR code in the form of an image (to be scanned) and a string of characters (to be entered manually), which contains the activation code of the
device.
5. Launch the app on your mobile device.
6. Read the terms of use of the mobile application.
7. Scan the QR code generated in PUE or enter the code manually.
Important! Allow the mobile app to access the camera before scanning the QR code.
8. Enter the verification code that you will receive on the PUE access recovery channel set by you, i.e. to the telephone number or e-mail address.
9. Set a four-digit PIN and start using the app.
