第三次冷戦…高速経済成長を遂げ、影響力を拡大させたロシアが親ロシア派の諸国と手を組み、アメリカを始めとするNATO陣営と対立するようになった。
両陣営の対立が激化する中、マキシマス・ヒルベルトによって世界最高峰の技術と開発力を持つ民間軍事会社NeoForceが設立される。
その数年後、軍艦を模した装備を用いる特殊部隊、ネオフォース海軍艦隊を新たに創設した。
その後突如として現れた、各国の海軍を凌駕する力を持つ謎多き「深海艦」。
各国に残された唯一の対抗手段は、ネオフォース海軍艦隊に救援申請し、隊員に深海艦を撃退してもらうほかなかった……
正体不明の敵「深海艦」とは…？彼女たちが戦い続ける理由とは…？
ネオフォース隊員として戦い続ける彼女たちの物語が今はじまる…

With conflicts between the camps intensifying, Maximus Hilbert establishes NeoForce, a private military company with the world's best technology and development power. A
few years later, we created a special forces, equipped with a device simulating warships, Neo Force Navy Fleet.
After that suddenly appeared, the mysterious "deep sea ship" with the power to surpass the navy of each country.
The only countermeasure that was left in each country was to apply for rescue to the Neo Force Navy Fleet and ask the crewmembers to fight off deepwater ships ......
What is an unidentified enemy "deep sea ship" ...? Why do they keep fighting ...?
Their stories continue to fight as members of Neo Force now begin ...
